Eimear Felle

Eimear is a qualified psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. Her integrative training allows her to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to suit the unique needs of the individual.

She works with people aged 16 and over, offering a warm, sincere, and non-judgemental space to explore a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, post-traumatic stress, low self-esteem, body confidence issues, abuse, family difficulties, relationship problems, work-related pressure, and navigating major life decisions.

At the heart of Eimear’s approach is the belief that every person holds the answers within themselves. Sometimes, all it takes is a safe, supportive space and a fresh perspective to help bring those answers to light. She strives to create a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship, where the client feels safe to speak openly and explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement.

Eimear is passionate about empowering clients. Aiming each session to leave them feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to face life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
