Her integrative training allows her to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to suit the unique needs of the individual. She is currently furthering her studies by doing a Professional Certificate in Couples Counselling.

She works with people aged 16 and over, offering a warm, sincere, and non-judgemental space to explore a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, post-traumatic stress, low self-esteem, body confidence issues, abuse, family difficulties, relationship problems, work-related pressure, and navigating major life decisions.

At the heart of her approach, is the belief that every person holds the answers within themselves. Sometimes, all it takes is a safe, supportive space and a fresh perspective to help bring those answers to light. She strives to create a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to speak openly and explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement.

She is passionate about empowering her clients. Her aim is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to face life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
