Sarah Harty

B.A. (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy ; Pre-accredited member IACP

Sarah holds a B.A. (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IICP), which is validated by QQI and accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).  She also holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from U.C.D. and is a Pre-Accredited member with the IACP.

Sarah is a humanistic, person-centred, integrative therapist who works collaboratively with her clients in a safe and non-judgmental space where thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored and understood.  She is passionate about helping her clients develop a clearer understanding and more positive sense of self.  She works with adolescents and adults in areas including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem and self-expression, loss & bereavement, health and well-being, relationship issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and issues relating to trauma.

Sarah is committed to continued professional development.  She is also a volunteer counsellor with The Village Counselling Service in Killinarden and is currently completing a Level 9 Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
